Tucked inside the Historic Eagle House, Phatsy Kline's Parlor Lounge is Old Town Eureka's favorite cocktail bar — a cozy, candlelit retreat with blue velvet booths, walls lined with books, and craft cocktails that keep locals coming back. Think Victorian parlor meets intimate library bar. Settle in, lose yourself in the atmosphere, and let the night unfold. It's the kind of place that's hard to leave.
Our tapas-style Nibbles menu is made to share and made to savor — think Board du Jour with local fromage and charcuterie, bruschetta on garlic crostinis, shrimp skewers with garlic butter, artisan grilled cheese on sourdough, and indulgent poutine fries. Our menu evolves with the seasons, so there's always something new to discover, though the signature craft cocktails are always front and center.
Round it out with a carefully selected local wine, Humboldt County beer or cider, or a perfectly pulled organic coffee or tea.
